I have stayed her several times and last weekend will be the last time. We walk in a the lobby smell like raw sewage and so did our room I asked if we could move and the were all booked they did offer a can of Lysol. They need to invest in better pillows

Very disappointed.
Sink in bathroom had almost no water pressure, and most of the time all we could get was a drip. We had to turn on the shower to wash our hands. We reported the problem, and the hostess at front desk told us that the hotel purposely reduced water in faucets all over the hotel. She also said that the maintenance crew was gone for the day and would not be able to look at the problem. It was 3:45 p.m.! Shower floor had mold and/or rust. Looked disgusting. Room had a peculiar smell. Breakfast was fine, but will never stay there again.

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to share. My family and I visited San Angelo for the first time, and unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. First, the night shift employee on 10/25/2024 displayed a lack of hospitality. She didn’t greet us, so I took the initiative to say hello, only to receive an uninterested look in return as if I was inconveniencing her. The room itself was shocking, especially the pull-out bed. The mattress looked like it had been pulled from a dumpster—stained and torn, making it the most unpleasant mattress I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Lastly, I requested an extra towel since the room was only equipped with two, even though there were three of us. When I asked for additional towels, the night shift employee questioned why I needed more and insinuated I should have received housekeeping services. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and only after a reluctant back-and-forth did she finally provide the towels. Overall, the lack of basic hospitality and cleanliness made for an unacceptable experience. I will never stay at this facility again.” This employee work on the night of 10/25/2024.

Water in the bathroom sink was at a trickle. Complained to front desk twice to two different people. They offered to move us to another room but said most rooms had that problem. The room smelled stale upon arriving and the shower was dirty. Also the towel rack fell off the wall and landed on my foot. I reported that too. But the front desk didn’t seem to care. Will not stay there again.

My room was dirty when I arrived and half of the stuff in the room didn't work. Then the manage decided to accuse me of smoking in my room when I don't smoke and i had my children in the room and my daughter has asthma. They need to learn how to speak to guest.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was easy. This hotel is convenient to many restaurants and to the university. We have stayed here several times and will choose this hotel in the future.
