My daughter & I stayed here which was only 7 minutes from UT San Antonio for the weekend. My grandson, who goes to TX Tech in Lubbock, was playing Ultimate Frisbee w/Tech Sat & Sun. Staff was awesome, as well as our room was clean. Continental breakfast was good. I needed handicap assessible room, which our room was perfect for my needs. Price great! People awesome! Can't go wrong!

First off the hotel is nestled away and near lots of shopping and dining. The desk clerk Latoya is by far one of the best clerks I have encountered and I travel a lot. Very professional and check in was fast, especially being tired she got me in no time. The room omg was amazingly clean and smells really good. The facilities are a bit much for such the low price. Breakfast was basic but gets the job done. Night shift however I didn’t get the guys name are very clueless, so if you need anything reach out to Latoya she is on point and will assure your stay is exceptional. I noticed a guest giving her a hard time and used racial slurs, which was the hardest part of my stay. The cleaning staff make sure the hotel is up to par. We decided to extend our stay. Quiet clean and affordable you can’t beat that anywhere.

For the room we had it was comfortable, will definitely book the two bedroom room again. But will check before entering the room to make sure it was clean and not just make sure the linen was changed on the beds. So with that being said if you are a family of 5-6 booking this room make sure they vacuum and cleaned the tub/shower well. We found some hair on the tub. I bought bleached stray and clean off again myself before my family use the bathroom but a great hotel and staff just have to double check when booking suites

The room that I was issued at the hotel had a very strong odor. The floors were obviously not vacuumed, and the strong odors from the floors and air conditioning unit made it difficult to breathe. I just thought that they should have taken my complaints more seriously. They just told me that all the rooms smelled the same.

The property was a bit run down but alright for the price we paid. Breakfast needs attention, flavorless turkey sausage and no pork, runny gravy for the biscuits. They did let us check-in a little early which was appreciated.

I stay here from time to time . This time the rooms floors had residue and the rugs felt damp and the sheets had stains. There was a strong smell of cleaning solutions that almost gave me a headache. I would stay here again though. But please get better because you may lose customers if it gets any worse. Oh yeah hall ways smell of Marijuana and people hanging out back smoking.....

When we walked in there were Qtips on the floor and when I took a shower the water was not draining properly. The next day there was black gunk in the tub as if the pipes were backing up. Needless to say we were unable to shower anymore. The receptionist was a very nice lady and she refunded us a night. They were also very gracious when it came to breakfast ad my disabled husband has a hard time walking they said i was welcome ro take it to him. Unfortunately, I doubt we will ever stay there again.

Ok hotel
Overall it was a good stay but there was no do not disturb sign for room door. There was a couple bugs. Lady at desk was on phone so my checkout process was confusing. All bathrooms should be ADA accessible even around the toilet. Not to bad for our two night stay
