First room we was hot and smelled like old dampness. When we turn on the littles there was a lot of mold on the curtains, drapes, lampshades and a unit. Just mold everywhere. Second room also just not as bad as the first one. The attendant was taken pictures of me id and credit card, not sure if that is standard procedure.

This place was terrible. Stayed here with my family and we got covered in bed bug bites and not just a few. Told the manager and was told there was nothing she could do. We spent the rest of our vacation covered in welps and scratching our skin off.

Front desk was terrible the lady was so rude and I asked for more towels and they made me go down to the front desk the lady was so rude . Very bad customer service room stunk really bad .
