San Antonio Riverwalk

We arrived at the hotel to check in at 5:30 PM and our suite was not ready yet. Although the manager did apologize and called to get someone to clean the room right away, no compensation was offered. They did store our luggage and we went to the rooftop bar/restaurant for dinner. Our stay was 4 nights and we never received maid service, although we were told it is offered every other day. We were able to call the front desk and get extra towels, coffee, and pillows, which they sent up right away. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and our room. It was very comfortable, clean and up-to-date. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends and we would stay there again. It is right across the street from the Riverwalk and easily accessible.
