Price is exuberant for valet..wish hotel shared some of that money with valet employees, i tipped on top of valet charge...dont know how long check in at hotel has been at 4pm...i remember 2pm being the staple...pics of rooms are way photoshopped. Its 3.5 out 5

Enjoyed the stay overall BUT I had an issue with room service. Was shown to be an option menu and all when u called down to be directed to restaurant phone rang and rang then went to a mailbox full message!?? Not once, not twice, but 3 separate occasions. Front desk had no answers; nor solutions. Other than that, love the room Breakfast was great super fresh Good eats around the property. And walking distance to lots of stuff. As well as perfect location for short distance to drive to things as well. I would def stay again. Just not use room service. ALL OF THE VALETS were super nice, respectful, and just all around great guys.

The property and staff were awesome.The breakfast was above and beyond our expectations.The only thing we thought could use improvement was the pool needed cleaning.Overall we had an excellent experience.

We had two reservations for two rooms. One of the sleeper sofa mattresses was dirty with stains and it was discolored in Room 322.The mattress to the sleeper sofa needs to be changed out. The cover for the mattress was also dirty. Other than that the breakfast was great. The Valet Parking is on the expensive side, $50.00. The staff was great and close to the Alamo.

The property was great and very clean. I do have a complaint about staff. Specifically Gilbert. He was rude, condescending, and an all around nasty. He did not want to make a room available even though there were plenty of rooms. We had a wedding to get ready for and even at one point said “well we won’t have anything until after tomorrow.” Finally, his manager came and took care of us. 5 stars for the hotel. 0 stars for Gilbert and his customer service.
