Issues resolved to complete satisfaction.
I appeared to have been overcharged, but when I spoke to the desk, they explained it was a deposit and printed a receipt showing the actual charges. They also address the humidity issue promptly. I was very satisfied with their response to the issues I raised. Things happen - the measure of good customer service is how they respond. They were exceptional. Would highly recommend.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was great. Shower controls were touchy. Water was either too hot or too cold, never just right.

Property is old, which is why I'm assuming feels icky and bit dirty. Room smelled old, and many signs around parking lot that raised a red flag for me. I'm assuming a lot of car break ins happened. only stayed 1/2 nights.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in and checkout. Great breakfast. Clean room. I would definitely stay here again, no question about it. Made my trip so much better. Located in a safe area.
