Stayed this past weekend and our car got broken into and stole belongings & supposedly parked in a blind spot so there was nothing they could do about it and they mentioned they had security but we never seen him nor did he prevent this happening

Not the best , read reviews.
Checked in and room smelled horrible. Like someone burnt a few bags of popcorn and they tried to mask it. Microwave smelled obscene . Front desk lady during check in ( Marisa or Melisa ) was rude and inconsiderate. Them they charged my card and we already paying my security deposit and wouldn’t have even said anytime I didn’t call them and ask why and they released the charger and claimed it was a audit even though my debit was charged upon check in room and credit card was charged upon check in for security and incidental’s. Not enough parking, 20 min from river walk and Alamo. Room floors were dirty, and chairs in suite was dirty and unkept. Hair in beds, don’t go!

No hot water
Everything was excellent except when it came to taking a shower. There was NO hot water. It was cold that day and we had to take a shower with freezing water. We advised the front desk about the hot water. But nothing was taking care of nor apologies. Just wrote out room number down.
