We noticed every time we stayed here the showers are either way to hot we’re there's not warm or cold water or very cold and no warmed or hot water. Need to fixe the showers and temperature of it

The only reason I didn’t rate it a 4 is because we booked an accessible king suite, and when we checked in, we were told that the room was out of service. The only accessible room available was a double, so we ended up staying in that room, which was significantly smaller than the one we booked. The entrance to the bathroom was poorly designed, particularly for wheelchair access. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was not the same as the one one the website, breakfast was poor, bathroom was dirty, the women in the front desk was rude, she was not looking at us while responding let alone greeting, DONT recommend it to anyone!

I was disappointed because i found the room to not be very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom and some trash in the trash can. I also found candy wrappers in the drawers when I went to put away my clothes.
