The property is outdated and needs to be renovated. Elevators are old and tired looking and give you the feel they can just stop working at any moment. The hotel room carpet is stained throughout; bathroom fixtures are old and loose; the couch in the room barely has enough cushion to sit on. The hotel is centrally located and the staff is friendly but unfortunately the hotel ambiance and charm it once had is now gone.

the staff went above and beyond to help my husband who is disabled. our room was really, really nice and the bed!!! we had the best night's sleep ever. it was sooooooooooooooo comfortable. i love the aroma of the hotel lobby. White Tea....it was most heavenly.

The property is well kept and clean. The staff was nice and attentive. Nice indoor pool. It is just an older hotel with dark wood and colors. Needs some updates. Free WiFi only for members.
