I liked the price, super close to UTSA, clean & cool. Only cons I can think of - the breakfast was minimal compared to a Hampton, and the stairwell had a smell.

Hotel staff were friendly, amazing service. Just wished they had more variety on breakfast instead of just bagels and juice. Only issued I had was near the pool area there was about 4 small and 1 big nest of yellow jackets.

An old property that has been remodeled but still shows its age on the outside and inside. Housekeeping has much room for improvement as do the front desk clerks who are not the friendliest and preoccupied. Convenient location and beds are comfortable but I wonder if the bedding is washed after every guest.

Nice...but inexplicably missing some things
This was a strange experience. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and staff were fine - but there a few things that I found odd as I've never experienced them before...anywhere. One, the elevator was very hot. Not such a big deal, as the room was cool. But as far the room...there were no cups. No toilet paper holder (TP was sitting out loose). No little coffeemaker or ice bucket. No laundry bags. Little things you come to take for granted at just about any hotel. I found it very, very odd.

Great staff, nice and clean, comfortable. Good deal for the price. You just get bagels in the morning but we all know we could eat a little less bacon am I right? Also the bagels are pretty damn good. Strawberry cream cheese, even some yogurt.

It was a nice stay. Only thing was the hallways and elevator was hot. Rooms were cold and clean, which was good. Wish there was better breakfast options. Only bagels and muffins. But overall it was a good stay.
