This hotel is an old hotel that has been renovated. It does have a nice restaurant/bar and coffee bar, which was nice but the room still felt very old.

Front desk was helpful during check-in very friendly. The room was clean and well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. My location is perfect for the river and walking around downtown many historic sites. Highly recommend.

Room service was very good. The Gavel restaurant has the best service & food . I felt safe but the next door people had their tv blasting until 11 they kept coming in & out and when the sgut the door they slammed it every time. Hallway was noisy busy loud with kids crying & running. I 've stayed there before the room was awesome. This room was worn & when using the shower there was black long hair in the drain. Didnt have a good experience this time around. I stayed there a year ago. The pool looked wirned down too plus the window to look out weren't clean.

Service at the front desk was prompt. The ballet were extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and our room looked nice. It’s located at the far end of one of the Riverwalk areas, but not in the heart, just a few blocks walk to where all the action is.
