I booked the hotel based off the photos I saw online. Once I actually got there it was completely different. The hotel looked like an old apartment complex with basic renovations to make it a hotel. The pool was right outside the window, so if anyone was out there you can hear everything, the bed rolled, it looked old. I even got up and left my second day back to go to another hotel. I’ve tried to get in contact with the hotel but have yet to hear back from them 4 days later.

Great location and price
The location was good. I was there for business, but if you and your family stay here, it is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only two items I was a little miffed about was 1: the exercise room equipment was broken and 2: The valet driver left my seat in my car with sweat. I realize it's hot and humid in San Antonio, but when I sit in my car and can feel a sweaty seat, it's a bit gross.

Always like to be as near to the riverwalk and hotel is the one. Just got suprise for the $100 a night deposit after paying a 3rd party for the reservation. The room was good and as always the pool is unavailable. We satyed at this hotel several times and always seen the pool unavailable. Back to the room, we like the set up on the room. Looks very nice and the beds are very comfortable. The room had some minor scratches where the paint fell off. The chair was comfortable. I would come back for the location and recommend it to friends and family. Would like to thank the vallet personnel for their profesional attitude and helpfulness. Good job

Stay not worth the money we paid
When we arrived, we were so excited...The front as you walk in smelled amazing and was very presentable...bougee like...Getting up to our room was a different story...The rooms are very antiquated...The pull down shad had holes and tears...The tub leaked all weekend...We were there for a concert so we got back pretty late and went tot bed but the bedding smelled like mildew...horrible stench to it...we pulled the bedding off and used our own covers...there was no microwave in our room...The "river view" was a view of the canal and parking lots...when we checked out, we called first thing in the morning and asked if someone could bring us a cart so we could load up and leave...they politely said yes and almost an hour later, i had to go downstairs to find one because the front desk girl said they were too busy to bring one up... The valet girl was horrible rude...when we checked out, there were other couples complaining of the leaking tubs, etc as well...couldn't wait to leave there and we're never coming back!!!
