Great property on the riverwalk. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Very clean room and the view of the city was nice. Convenient to restaurants and bars and walkable distance to mall. Nice safe area and hotel was very quiet. Easy access to riverwalk. Staff was very courteous.

Very nice location, easy to walk everywhere. Very Comfortable room, although our tub didn't drain very well when taking a shower. Needs a little updating in the rooms but I would definitely stay here again for the location. The river walk is easily accessable from here.

A little tired. On Riverwalk but too far down. Expensive valet and no good alternatives. Tv did not. Took a full day to move us. Asked to have room. Did not happen promptly. Restaurant menu was not Ppealing.

Nice location off the Riverwalk. Not enough breakfast options in the area. Service was slow in the restaurant connected to the hotel. I did not like the handicap bathroom. No tub. The shower water got all over the floor. Made it slippery. I had to wipe it up with a towel after every shower. We are not handicapped so I don't know why they gave us that room? Overall it is an okay hotel. Charges for WiFi and Parking were high.

Like many others have said, the property could use a little refresh. It probably used to be a luxury hotel, but now it's a good hotel with luxury prices. My sister was checked into a room that hadn't yet been cleaned - and we checked in hours past check in time. The street facing rooms are very loud at night from the weekend night cruising on the nearby streets. The hotel was convenient to food and attractions, so that was nice. Every time I took a shower the water pipes rattled. The pool is small and ran out of towels that were never refreshed. All the staff was very nice but the hotel is dated and could be run a little better. I don't think I'd stay here again.

THERE WAS AN ODOR IN THE HALLWAY AS I WAS WALKING TO MY ROOM - MAYBE THEY NEED TO CHANGE CARPET DEODARANT. SAME AS MY ROOM. TOILET LOOK LIKE IT COULD USE BETTER SCRUBBING AS BLACK SCUM WAS UNDER THE RIM.

The location was perfect. Walk right out to the riverwalk. Pool should stay open a little longer though and bar was under construction. But very clean.

My wife and I visited San Antonio this past weekend to have a quick getaway for our 25th anniversary. I made the reservation through price line. We arrived later Friday night 13th of Sept. As I checked in the lady who helped me was very kind. Handed me my keys and and we went up the room. We had a pretty long road trip as we hit some crazy traffic due to construction on I-35. I went in used the restroom and turned on the water and the handle of the hot water flies off. Made enough noise for my wife to ask if everything was ok. I tried to put the handle back on and had to use quite enough force for the screw to catch. As I finish walking into the room I notice that the wall has some water damage and it wasn’t what I was expecting. I checked to see if the wall was wet but I wasn’t. I let my wife know that I forgot something in the car and went to the front desk to see if there was another room available didn’t matter if it wasn’t with a balcony but there weren’t any rooms available. I didn’t point this out to my wife but I noticed it every time I would walk into the room. Quality is what the Westin is know for and I still see your hospitality and your hotels as quality. As I drove up to the entrance of the hotel parking Vallet asked me if I was going to have my vehicle checked in. I let the gentleman know that I would like to have my vehicle vallet only for one night. I see on my bill 2 charges for vallet which is $56.00 and another charge for $4.62. I have images if needed.
