Dear TownePlace Suites Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your property in San Antonio. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations due to several issues.
1. Booking and Refund Issue: I arrived one day late and requested assistance with a refund or adjustment, but neither the Director of Sales, Philip Sloop, nor the front desk agent, Brianna, were able to provide any help. While Sade attempted to assist me, she did not have the authority to resolve the matter, leaving me feeling unsupported.
2. Property Not as Described: The hotel did not match the description provided on Expedia. This discrepancy significantly impacted my overall experience.
Given these issues, I am disappointed with the level of customer service I received and the condition of the property. I expected better from a TownePlace Suites location and regret choosing your hotel for my stay.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests. Please let me know if further action can be taken regarding the unresolved issues with my booking.
