The cleanliness of the facilty was impressive. I was particularly loving the breakfast options. Would have liked an indoor pool even though I wouldn't have used it anyway . 4STARS

The soap dispenser in the restroom was out of soap. There was a tear in the seal to the shower door. I appreciated the late checkout time of noon, but Expedia had said 11am. I left by 11am just in case. Over-all it was decent stay.

Room was not cleaned and for a new building, it surly did not look new. The hand soap fell off the wall and it was empty so we just used our own soap. Overall I just wasn’t happy with the stay. I would not stay at this location again nor would I recommend it to anyone who is as picky as myself. My person also said the breakfast was nasty. Also the towels were not restocked so that kind of bothered me as well.

Stay was good for the price, staff was friendly and it was clean but our bathroom did smell like their plumbing or septic may be having issues. Nice variety for breakfast. Overall a good stay.

Beyond disappointed in your product.
I didn't actually get to stay there, because after driving to San Antonio for my daughter's football game and getting food and finally driving up from Alamo Heights to the hotel at 11:30, I was told that my reservation had been cancelled (with no notice to me) because they had been fully booked most of the day and weren't taking reservations at the time I made mine. So at midnight, I had to look for a last-minute hotel, of which there were very few to choose because it was midnight, and ended up having to stay in a terrible little gross hotel near the airport.
