As expected for the cost
When we first arrived one of the beds looked as if it had been slept in and not changed. Thankfully there were extra sheets we could use. Overall the place was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as far as distance to everything, however, there were quite a few homeless people in the area. Though it was our first time in San Diego so I’m not sure if that’s everywhere in the city. The yard was perfect for the dogs. We enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future.

We had high hopes for this property but unfortunately it was not what we expected in person. First impressions were not great. Upon arrival the gate to the home would not open because it was falling off or too low to the ground. To open each time you would have to lift it up and push. The wood was breaking off and the gate did not fully close which was sort of sketchy. The front yard looked like it had not been taken care of in a long time. It’s not like the pictures. There were dead plants and lots of weeds which was unfortunate for us since we booked this so our dog could have some outdoor space. The interior looked like the pictures but what you notice in person is a lot of stains on the walls and baseboards and webs in the corners of the house and windows. The couch had a stain and an odor. The bathroom shower curtain had mold. The backyard looked the same as the front, not taken care of. And on our last night, near the backyard door we found a mouse trap that unfortunately had a rodent in it which caused a smell near the back area. The host also did not provide us any info on WiFi, we had to reach out. But they did get back to us right away. Luckily our trip was very busy so we were only there to basically sleep. This place has nice bones and is in a convenient location but it definitely needs a deep cleaning and attention.

Great stay quiet clean
Only down side was parking. If your out and about after 6pm you may as we did had to park around the block. which we had no trouble but being new to an area you may not want to walk a half block or so after dark. But with out that was a great renter 4 stars only because of parking. But to be fair parking in SD is a joke everyone charges.
