The Space:
Our North Park home is a practical spot for your stay. The living room has a couch where you can sit and relax after a long day, and there’s a dining area where you can eat or get some work done.
The bedrooms are simple but comfortable, with everything you need for a decent night’s sleep. The bathroom has a clean, modern setup with a large mirror.
The kitchen comes with standard appliances and the basics you’ll need to cook meals if you feel like staying in. Outside, the backyard offers a small turf area and string lights—perfect if you want to hang out for a bit in the evening.
It’s a no-frills, convenient home base for anyone visiting San Diego.
Guest Access:
Parking is easy and free on the street, and we’ll provide simple self-check-in instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth start to your stay.
Other Things to Note:
This home is located across the street from a shipping complex, so there may be some occasional noise during the day. We’ve priced the home accordingly to reflect this and other factors.
Please also note that while the home is clean and well-maintained, some items show light wear and tear from use. These pieces may not be brand new but are still perfectly functional and add to the home’s lived-in charm.
Interaction with Guests:
While I value your privacy and won’t be meeting you in person, please know that I’m just a call or text away, 24/7. Whether you have questions, need recommendations, or encounter any issues, I’m here to ensure your stay is smooth and memorable. My goal is to be as responsive and supportive as possible, making sure your experience in our home is nothing short of exceptional.
