The Space:
This charming Craftsman is full of custom-printed textiles, original art & photography, and hand-painted touches. Make music with a tacked piano and vinyl record collection, enjoy cocktail hour in the private courtyard, or family & friend time in the sun-drenched living room.
Washer/Dryer is shared with studio unit in back (located on the patio).
The Neighborhood:
Walk to Adam's Avenue to enjoy craft coffee & cocktails, buzzy local eateries, and live music. Normal Heights is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in San Diego at the moment, with unique shopping, nightlife and family-friendly spots. Trolley Barn park is a gorgeous playground & park, and is a quick drive. Beaches are close--just a quick 15-min drive to the nearest one!
Getting Around:
Besides the one reserved space behind the house, there's also street parking. However, at certain times it can be challenging to find a spot. Please also be aware of street sweeping days so you don't end up with a parking ticket.
Other Things to Note:
This house has an additional guest studio in back. It is completely detached, no walls are shared. The studio guests may use street parking only--the parking space between the two units is reserved just for you! Please note that the washer/dryer is located on the patio of the guest studio. This is the only aspect of the property that is shared with other guests.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
