Hello! Just one block from the bay, this quiet and cozy beach house with private parking and patio is ideal for anyone who wants a coastal getaway, while still being close enough to the attractions, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of San Diego. We have all the amenities you need, with a comfy King bed, a large private patio w/ BBQ, 2 bikes, 2 paddleboards, and a kayak too. Walkable to restaurants, parks, the bay, and the beach, your perfect vacation is a click away! **No cleaning required**. Unlike other rentals, we will never ask you to clean the property. That's what the cleaning fee is for. You're on vacation, just lock up and leave, we got you!

We also have Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN as well as other free Roku apps on both the living room and bedroom TVs!

**Our parking spot is narrow so big trucks or SUVs may not fit. There are usually spots on the side street (Fanuel) if this is the case. This is a lower unit, so you will occasionally hear guests moving around upstairs. However, this is a very quiet area in general, with very respectful and professional neighbors and we do enforce quiet hours from 10pm to 8am daily. **

Great stay!
The apartment was a great holiday base. Inside, there was plenty of space, an ample closet to keep the luggage out of the way, a well-equipped kitchen - and everything super clean and tidy. Outside was a great courtyard with seating, lounge chairs, paddle boards, beach chairs, a kayak and two bikes with helmets. We took the bikes all over, but it was a little on the chilly side for the water equipment unfortunately. There is a washer and dryer in the building which was an added plus, but it is also used by other tenants (detergent and dryer sheets provided). The apartment has a nice position near Mission Bay which is about a block away. Within a 10 or 15 min walk, you are at the beach. Bus stops are also about the same distance away which was really convenient - no need for a car rental. However, if you do have a car, the parking spot is right outside the apartment. Grocery stores and restaurants are also within walking distance. Entry is via keypad code - it was nice not having to worry about keys. All in all, a terrific stay and I would definitely book again on a return visit.

Would definitely recommend for a short stay in PB. Prime location by the bay and beach. Host was professional and communicative. Checked in regularly to make sure our stay was going smoothly. We did not have our dog with us, but it seems to be a very dog friendly unit which is a plus.

Small, but clean and updated one bedroom. Great location for hanging out in Pacific Beach and Mission Bay. The provided amenities.... bikes, paddle boards, chairs, etc. are all you need to enjoy the area.

Cute and Comfortable
We came to help our kids with their new home and DIY projects. We loved this as a comfortable landing spot in the morning and nights. We wish we could have used the toys that are available. They are what attracted us to the place near the beach. It’s just like the picture shows, bikes and boards. Kevin was an incredible host. He was very responsive since I registered under a different email address than my normal VRBO address. VRBO could not fix it so Kevin was great prior to us arriving and throughout our stay. He even stopped by instead of texting when I was confused with the laundry door code. Double digit buttons which I probably would have figured out if I took the time. But he opened it for us. The bed was comfortable and I was able to stay up and work while my husband retreated to the bedroom. The couch was comfortable so I could watch a great selection of shows while on the computer. The table and desk were available for work as well. The WiFi was able to keep up with my online classes and streaming videos I created. We walked down the beach frontage and to the Flamingo bar (Miami Dolphin fans) definitely have to go here. Try their signature drink Flamingo Espresso Martini. It is so good! We used Lyft a lot so left from the apartment complex on 4115 Fanuel St. because of the alley location. We did not wait more than 2 minutes for a ride. We did like the alley entrance because it was very quiet. It was very clean and cozy, we will be back.

What a gem!
This was a perfect spot for an ocean and bay getaway. At first, I thought it might be far from the boardwalk, but it was really just a quick and wonderful bike ride away (bikes included). The hosts were thoughtful and attentive and the place had everything we could need…right down to Q-tips and wine on the ready We will absolutely stay here again. And next time we’ll stay long enough to take advantage of the kayak and paddle boards!
