Summary:
Family and Pet Friendly - it has everything you could need in a perfectly central location. You're just a few blocks from the new Snapdragon Stadium and the 8 and 15 freeways, which will take you to almost anywhere in SD in under 20 minutes!
You're only about 10-12 miles from the famous San Diego Beaches! When you're done exploring San Diego, our home is ready for you to kick back and relax - fully stocked kitchen, giant comfy L-shaped couch, WIFI, remote work desk, cornhole, and a backyard.

The Space:
3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home with large living room, high ceilings, well stocked kitchen, and a grassy front and fenced in backyard area to enjoy the sunshine!

Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around San Diego. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

Pest Control comes every 6 weeks to do the exterior. They don't enter the home (they use the side gate to get to the backyard) and they don't use harmful chemicals so your family and pets are safe :)

Landscaping is done every other Thursday between 10 AM and 12.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
