No any follow up when customer left things in room
I left my new hair straightener in the room after checked out , l called to Days inn the next day and tell the lady staff name (Lisa) said she will follow up since 3 October but never received any response!! They charged daily parking fees ($20) ! Eventually they charged me $100 for 20 nights. I asked the hotels around they said no parking fees needed for customers.

Large, well kept property. Don't know why on check in notice isn't given of problems. DTV was updated hence all of the channels are skewered There seem to be vacancies and why we were designated a room where road construction started at 7 am, right outside our door... And a $20 overnight parking fee

I loved the pool area and the smoking area with the patio lights and outdoor seating. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower faucet was the only thing I didn’t like. It was a little tricky to find the right water temperature without scorching myself. I would choose this hotel again. Very nice. California style hotel. Loved it!

The rooms are nice clean and very well kept up, the partió and swim areas are excellent, we picnic in the patio area it has lights and tables, we sat at the pool they have lounge chairs and patio furniture so it was very comfortable. It’s also really close to most of the places we visited , but even closer to MCRD which is why we came to town.

Front desk gentleman was helpful and friendly. Door to room looked unsafe. Didn't look like it was closed or it could be opened with a good bump. We latched it and slid the bar over just to feel a bit safer. Beds are comfortable. My oldest son had a king bed and said it was too expensive for a room like that. I paid 109 for 2 nights w/ 2 queen beds. He paid 247 for 1 king bed.
