The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Because a power outage was scheduled for a few hours during the night, every guest received detailed explanations and a mini flash light. The room was great and breakfast had many many options. Parking was free!

Our family spent last weekend at the Hyatt House San Diego/Sorrento Mesa and had a great time! The hotel is about 20 minutes from downtown San Diego in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking - especially handicap parking! Very nice clean rooms with comfy beds, clean linen and plenty of towels. 2 of our rooms were small suites with a small kitchen/living room and balcony. This was perfect for our family to gather and catch up! All the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were friendly, helpful and professional. There was a very nice pool which, unfortunately our stay was not long enough to enjoy. The daily breakfast was included and amazing! So many yummy choices. We all commented that the green salsa was delicious! Over all we had an excellent stay and hope to be back again! Highly recommend!! Thanks Hyatt House!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the HYATT House San Diego/Sorrento Mesa. With 10 of us we had lovely rooms with soft comfortable beds and fluffy white towels. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The very helpful reception staff gave us an upgrade to a suite with an adjoining room which allowed us to entertain our group. All the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. A short drive to downtown San Diego, we enjoyed the quiet area with nearby eateries, and a Target. Highly recommend. We'll be back soon!

The pool is very small. Poorly designed bathroom, water overflowed onto the floor (for the room on the 4th floor). Little space to sit in the garden and lack of green space. Long check in.

The service and staff were very accommodating but prepare to have billing problems they charged me an extra $1,000 and then I had to wait several days for them to refund it due to a “system malfunction.”
