Be warned- the trolly and train tracks are right behind the hotel. Our room faced the intersection so we heard the alarm for the crossing arms all night long. I wouldn’t stay there again due to the noise.

Our room had a view of an empty lot with weeds in a cement lot. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It would have been nice to have an airport shuttle.

We stayed two nights, maid did not clean our room. When called front desk 8/17 (8:45pm) for towel because room was not clean, staff place on hold more than 15min. Second called staff hung up. We ended up using old towels. Never stayed at a Hampton with this kind of service. Breakfast staff worked hard and kind.

I had a very good time for my 3 day stay. I couldn’t hear any trains and I didn’t see any homeless people. The free breakfast was really good. The only issue I had was the last night, I could hear people walking above me at midnight. Of course the day before my 5am flight but other than that, I approve

This is one of the worst Hampton Inn. Not sure why Hilton is allowing the hotel to be named under its name. Elevators do not work and it has been a hassle. Stairs are really confusing to use as there is no direct access to lobby without switching stairs from one side to other. I felt really bad for the disabled waiting for the elevator over 30 minutes at times. We stayed for 5 nights and our stay is miserable. We noticed bed bugs on our last day and didn't realize that they piggy back. We brought bed bugs home and spending several thousands to remove these. HILTON Hotels please fix this facility. It is located at such a nice spot. There is nothing positive about this Hampton. This Hampton Inn is not will get a zero from me. It is a total waste of money and ruined vacation. Minimum courtesy is to put a notice that elevators are not working.

A pleasant stay
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms felt a bit small, and the AC was a bit noisy but overall, a pleasant experience conveniently located near several attractions
