We did not get the room we reserved. I am legally blind and needed a room with space which is why I reserved a King room. The double queen room I was put in had barely any walking room, the refrigerator did now work to keep my medications cold. Went to the front desk to get a replacement fridge but it never showed up. They put us in an end hallway room with teenagers around us. It was so noisy all night we barely got any sleep. Overall a horrible visit for us. Won’t be staying here again.

As soon as I checked in they hit me up for an additional $37 for parking. Then they think it’s okay to have these communal jugs of shampoo and soap that have been used over and over by other guests in the bathroom (gross). I expect more from a Hilton.

Checking in was great, when we got to our room it felt stuffy we turned on the air conditioning and it was extremely loud. As we started to go to bed we realized that you can hear everything what’s going on outside. No consideration of the employees to be quite as there passing through rooms

The carpet in the room i stayed in was becoming frayed and the tac board was starting to show between entry and sleeping area. Beds were extremely soft with no firmness. 37 dollars a day parking.

This hotel was FAR too hot to stay in on the top floor and they wouldn't refund even though I walked in and walked out due to the heat in the building. AC must have been broken, but on the 14th floor was necessary.
