Hotel Zindel is a great property near Little Italy. It is very conveniently located. Only thing that needs improvement is the water pressure. Poor pressure for the shower. Otherwise was a great stay.

Excelente ubicación. Instalaciones exactamente como lo muestran las fotos. Solo que no hay opción de servicio de limpieza durabte la estacia, solo gasta el check out, y no tiene estacionamiento, el mas cercano está a 1 cuadra y se paga 30 dlls por 10 horas.

Very nice place to stay for a quiet night. I love that you check yourself in with codes. Only annoying thing was the lack of parking but we luckily found a free space down the street

I did not have a good experience. I arrived late and THERE IS NO PARKING. It's street parking, and late at night, there is nothing available. The closest paid parking is a half mile away. My room code did not work. Thankfully, someone picked up the phone and assigned a new room, but that messed up all the other codes. I must have called 10x to sort the mess out. It's noisy. Tons of traffic and planes constantly flying overhead. Just an overall very stressful experience. That being said, the rooms are nice.

Easy, quick check in. Room with a private bathroom and separate kitchen was clean and convenient. The only drawback, no desk or anywhere to sit to do work. The only place to seat is the bed. Also, lighting is tough for a virtual meeting. Other than that, great location.

First off, the bathrooms were dirty and floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in months. Second, no one was ever at the front desk. Third, our check out was at 11 and at 10:30 we heard someone knocking and then proceeding to type in a code seemingly attempting to our unit. We had to physically hold the door down after telling them no. After that, they walked away allowing us to go to the bathroom and then when we tried to enter with our original codes, we were locked out at 10:50. Unable to speak to customer and being on hold, we texted the number to find it was changed alerting us.
