This apartment style hotel is a perfect location for a family. Management communicated with us regularly to ensure our stay was going well. Amenities ( gym/ pool room) were wonderful. Virtual check-in and checkout was seamless. Walking distance to many restaurants and other locations.

The apartment was great. Very spacious. Everything we needed was there. Communication was great. Very clean. Great location. We will definitely stay at Kasa properties again. The kids had plenty of space. Two bathrooms and two TVs were amazing. We will be back!

The place is brand new and the ammenities are fantastic. However, issues that could be cleared up with one phone call and a short explanation go unresolved because of the chatbot and communication failures with kasa's main office. Our room was freezing cold and we didn't receive a blanket for the second bed until night two nor an explanation on how to get the heat to function properly until day 3. We never did get consistent heat. I spent half my trip waiting for staff to respond or to show up. We were told they'd respond or be by momentarily and they didn't until a day later. I was compensated with an hour later checkout rather than an offer to refund the 1-2 days of our trip that were wasted. Was a frustrating experience that could've been really nice and nothing was really done to rectify that other than an apology which doesn't make up for the expense or vacation time.

Love Love Love…Wonderful stay at Kasa Litle Italy…Check in and check out was easy and smooth without any issues...it is beautifully designed, incredibly modern sexy and also exceptionally clean and comfortable in a perfect location in San Diego…walking distance to my favorite Little Italy…We picked 1 bedroom apartment, it has full kitchen with a lot of storage place, amazing bedroom, little living room with great balcony with the view and bathroom…did I mention it’s incredibly modern and sexy and no outside noise… I would gladly stay at this hotel again and again

Location was perfect and the room was very clean and quite large. There’s also a ton of storage space throughout. A few misses were 1) getting into the parking garage - the scanner for the security fob is positioned above the touchscreen, if you are short and driving a sedan better to just enter the PIN code; 2) the rooms do not have cable so no live TV; 3) there wasn’t a whole lot of desk space to charge up devices; 4) the room could have used a small dining table and chairs in the kitchen.

I loved the easy self check in, but there is someone at the front desk to help if you need it. The property is extremely quiet and clean with a lot of amenities. This hotel being pet friendly was also a plus!

Little Italy Gem
This is a new hotel/condo building with about 33 floors. A few floors are set aside as hotel. Construction is in progress but only during work hours. The units are spacious and well equipped. They use a Virtual Front Desk (i.e., unstaffed) but it worked quite well. There is no provision for daily restocking/cleaning but the towel supply was more than adequate. The location is ideal in the heart of San Diego.
