This hotel is a perfect location for exploring. Easy to get everywhere in San Diego, either walking or a short ride share. The hotel itself is missing a couple of amenities such as a coffee maker and a alarm clock. Small issues because we really did love the hotel.

The hotel is a charming hotel right in the middle of Little Italy so it’s perfect for walking to the many Italian restaurants in the area. It’s across from the promenade so it was very noisy with live music and loud people until about 10pm. Unfortunately, the area is dirtier than before. Lots of unstable homeless which made us put in extra effort to keep watch of our surroundings while waking. Also, you have to watch where you step to avoid human or pet waste.

Nice charming property; They do not do housekeeping on a daily basis. Also, no coffee/water in the room or in the hotel. Property/room was very clean; staff was friendly; lot of eating choices within 2 minutes of walking. Very easy to get to the airport and to the downtown area.

Parking is limited, garage is small and narrow spaces. Staff was very nice and attentive, but room key cards stopped working twice and had to return to lobby to have clerk reset. Fan/Air conditioner were loud.

No parking to comedy our vehicle had a park on the street for additional fees and the room selected had a Bay view. Although when we arrive, the room was facing another building we were form that the images regarding the rooms it should select necessarily mean you will receive that room. I would love it if hotels will give you the size of the space this room was maybe 150 200 ft.² max very small. One positive thing was that it was in a perfect location in Little Italy

Hotel staff fabulous!!! Grounds fantastic. But our shower was beyond ridiculous. Showerhead points out of shower. Not on the ends per usual. It pointed out towards out of shower. No lip to try and control water exiting. Floor flooded with every shower.
