Overall the stay was great. The ambiance of the property is wonderful. Feels like a little gem in this part of town. Pool was a good size and well kept. My only downfall was that we had an unfortunate incident where my son got sick in the room at like 9:45pm on the carpeted floor next to the bed. When I called to inquiry about cleaning supplies to use or for some extra cleaning in the room I wasn't offered any. So I simply used the towels and bar soap to do the best I could and rinsed the towels in the tub. We ended up making the 3 hour drive home as we didnt want to sleep in the room with the smell. Called and checked out the next morning and the receptionist was apologetic. I would stay here again if in the area.

Needed a place to stay by SDSU for a sports camp. The original place we booked was super shady. We got there and didn’t feel safe. We found this place which hands-down in this neighborhood is the best choice. Staff was really nice the place is older but clean and well kept. Breakfast was decent, hard-boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, bagels, pastries, fruit. I would stay here again if in the area, but this neighborhood is not the greatest.

This hotel is great! VERY clean. It’s a little older but it’s beautifully kept. I like that it’s pet friendly. Their continental breakfast is pretty good, many options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.
