Cuando yege al la oficina me pico algo en mi pie. Me dio mucha comeson me duro dias. Y la oficina olia mal y estaba sucia. Y el cuarto que me dieron fue de la parte vieja de atras. Olia feo el cuarto prendi el ac y igual salia olor feo. Esta chica la avitasion. Esta todo viejo avia cabellos en la tina. El seguro que le pones a puerta el de arriva se estava callendo no servia. Esta sucio en los pasillos si quieres que te limpien tu cuarto tienes que avisarles un dia antes. El desayuno nadamas es pan waffles avena de sobre cafe cereal estodo lo que tienen. Yo no lo recomiendo todo esta pesimo. Fue una mala desicion aver rentado ese hotel...no vuelvo

Was in town to see family and booked the Ramada last minute. It was the best price in San Diego for the week I was there. Its an older property with no frills, but fine if you only plan on returning there for a few hours each night to sleep.

The building was old and outdated as well as the furniture inside the hotel room. The leather desk chair had no leather remaining, the night stands paint was coming off. The restroom mirror which looks like it was updated to one that had a nice bright light in the mirror but wasn’t working no were the wires connected. There was mold on the side of the bath tub where the silicone sealant was from the tile to the bath tub. The coat hanger was hanging on by a thread and if I hung anything up would have came off the wall. I’d expect more for $200 dollars a night

Overall, this property does not look the same as it does appear when trying to book every room and that particular property. It is old, it is outdated and needs definitely a new make up.. The mattress it itself was literally just sitting on top of a metal frame. The hallways were smelling old and moldy. I definitely will not book there again.

When we arrived, it was 11pm. The person working the front desk took my ID and credit card and ran out of the building. We couldnt find anyone to help us, and we assumed he had taken the ID and credit card, which was extremely concerning. After ten minutes another employee came in and located our cards. This employee took about twenty minutes to check us in. The hotel is in a great location, and reasonably priced. The free parking is a bonus! My only concern is the check in process. I understand if the employees shift is over and he has to leave, but I think he should have communicated this to us.
