The Space:

A backyard filled with quintessential California fun includes a tropical pool, jacuzzi, cabana with fire pit, life-size games, BBQ grill, outdoor dining, and custom LED lighting for nighttime play. Find balance while meditating in the Zen Garden complimented by a miniature food forest with passion fruit, lime, nectarine, apricot, and avocado trees. Keep the cardio in check with a work-out in the gym then free your inner-child with the nearby arcade game or ping pong table.

The vibe carries inside where the interior spaces are styled with a beautiful boho aesthetic. Ultramodern lines set the tone in the black-and-white kitchen featuring a gas range, loads of storage, and graphite steel appliances that include a smart refrigerator with a Wi-Fi connection so you can stream music while cooking! Conveniently share meals at the eat-in dining table or at the passthrough bar that leads to the living room where a fireplace, leather sectional, and Smart TV provide all the comforts of home.

A soothing escape awaits in the bedrooms which have been masterfully designed with a sophisticated color palette and curated furnishings that calm the senses. Guest accommodations are as follows:

Main ensuite - King Bed & full bathroom w/ shower + private access to the pool area
Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 – Twin-over-Twin Bunk
Bedroom 4 – Queen Bed + Twin Bed

A second full bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and both bathrooms are pure sophistication with custom tilework, high-end fixtures, and floating vanities.

Across the courtyard and separate from the home is a stand-alone guest house that can double as a wonderful private office for commuters. There is a dedicated workspace, queen-size canopy bed, electric fireplace, mini-fridge, wardrobe, and Smart TV in this roomy space along with French doors overlooking the pool.

Guest Access:

The entire house and grounds including the guest house, backyard pool oasis, hot tub, Zen Garden & fruit trees, garage gym, laundry appliances, driveway and front yard are exclusively available to guests. You will enjoy complete privacy throughout the property.

Please note the guest house does not have a bathroom or sink.

The hosts are available 24/7 to assist with any special needs.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

-The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

-Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

-The pool can be heated for an extra fee, based on fluctuating SDGE gas prices. Please inquire about pricing prior to booking. The jacuzzi heating is always free.

-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from host.

-There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests.

-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
