Even at $70 not worth it.
This place has gone straight ghetto. From midnight to 1 AM there was a couple walking their dogs around right outside the hotel room doors. Making noise and being obnoxious. Then at 9 AM a guy decides to start stomping aluminum cans literally 3 feet outside my door. Finally, I got up and opened the door and just looked at him and he just went back into his room, which was next to mine. Then a half hour later, he starts doing it again. When I checked out, I made sure to slam my door super hard to let everyone there know I wasn't happy. Really a bad place. Looks somewhere else.

Nice stay for us
I read reviews before staying so I remembered to bring my own cups. The bathroom was wonderful, the TV had a fabulous selection of channels, and the fridge worked very well. The heater needed work though. The hotel’s location is excellent for restaurants and Harbor Island.

It looked like some renovations on the inside of the rooms had been done. Some of it looked pretty nice, but the entry hallway areas were not so nice, and the light was out in the elevator, which was rather creepy. The cleaning was sub-standard, and I had to get my towels at the reception and carry them to my room (tough with hands full of luggage too). Also, in the morning (around 7 am) there was a really angry man screaming on and off in a very loud threatening voice. I felt apprehensive about even opening my door to leave.

For the price you can’t beat it. I loved the water pressure in the shower and how close restaurants and things so close to walk to and has great scenery.

I've traveled to almost all of the 50 states and 15 countries, and this is the most disgusting property I have ever stayed in. The only thing clean were the bed sheets - thankfully. I don't understand how this was on Expedia. Dirt, crumbs, grime, and who knows, on the floor, furniture, bathroom, and open spaces. The once white plastic shower curtains are orange/brown grime at the bottom and there was a used bar of soap with hair on it in the shower. There was only one person working when I arrived, and I had to find her on the property to check in. On top of all that, there was a homeless man hanging out in the landscape of the property, and of course trash everywhere. The pics I took don't tell the real story.

By far the worst property I've stayed at...more like a third world country operation. Sketchy, dirty, tv remote didn't work and had to move rooms. I would like at least a partial refund for such a horrible place very misrepresented by Expedia.
