Area wasn't bad. Facilities not good. Horrible stay. I highly recommend the Bristol if you hate food, or just hate eating it. I arrived around 9 pm, understandably hungry. Staff said there were no nearby restaurants nor cafes. My food options were a vending machine with Jimmy Dean Sausage and Banquet Frozen dinner (the least offensive choices), or a vending machine well supplied with stuff perfect for an 8-year-old in need of cavities.Was so hungry I chose the Banquet purported to be Spaghetti and Meatballs. Whoever labeled that strange, disgusting stuff as "meat" or any relation thereto must have had a twisted sense of humor. If you got thirsty, no problem. There was a drink machine stocked with Coca Cola, 7Up and . . .? Front desk staff were okay but parking valet was more helpful.The next day staff directed me to a Ralphs Market where I bought weird stuff such as salads, fruit, healthy drinks. I just needed to avoid anything that would require heating. Bristol had ONE microwave--in the lobby. Paper plates. Had to ask front desk staff for utensils. Cheap flimsy plastic not even the heavy-duty ones. I wouldn't have minded these deficits so much had there been a restaurant readily accessible. If you go, I recommend Tender Greens restaurant. It's in walking distance. Admittedly I hadn't traveled in awhile. Maybe this is how things are done now. But for the price I'd expect better than a Banquet frozen dinner. They could at least offer Stouffer's or Healthy Choice.

There is NO SELF PARKING AVAILABLE. The description was not clear in their description and I ended up not staying there because they could not accommodate my disability and my request to self-park. This ruined my trip.

Fabulous. Simply fabulous.
Rarely have I had a better stay. I was upgraded to a suite, a most impressive room - or series of rooms. The free bottle of wine was a nice touch. Service was great, especially the valet - who opened the door for me every time even though I didn't park with him. Speaking of that, the hotel could hardly have been more convenient for someone arriving by train, and departing by plane. And the price was most reasonable for this level of luxury.

Wonderful experience
Our stay at The Bristol was amazing! After long hours of travel traveling back to the country we chose to stay here with our family and glad we did! We were greeted by Joseph at the front counter which gave us awesome costumer service! He was super kind and very welcoming made sure to state if we needed anything for us not to hesitate in asking for assistance! Also Erick our valet assistant was very friendly and offered a helping hand as well, both took the time to talk to us which made us feel super welcomed! Our rooms were super clean, beds and pillows super comfortable! Our rooms had awesome views! Had a very pleasant experience at the Bristol and will be booking here again the future!
