The studio also features a separate entrance from the driveway and a sliding door leading to the beautiful backyard!

The entire property is yours to enjoy, including the guest house, backyard pool oasis, hot tub, laundry facilities, driveway, and front yard. You will experience complete privacy throughout your stay for a truly relaxing getaway.

-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

-The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

-Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

-The pool can be heated for an extra fee based on fluctuating SDGE gas prices. Please inquire about pricing prior to booking. Jacuzzi heating is always free.

-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies to every reservation since we need to take extra steps to deep clean the property.

-There is an extra guest fee of $100 per night per guest which applies after 12 guests.

-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability since we need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule.
