This place is not like the photos. Total catfish! So outdated overpriced and ants everywhere in the room. If you just need a quick sleep you will overpay and be disappointed in the quality of this place

If you are in town for one night, this hotel is adequate. The room architecture allows daylight only through one window which faces the walkway for guests on the same floor and the parking lot. So you have to choose light or privacy, you can’t have both. The hotel is convenient to the airport.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and while the room itself was nice and comfortable, my overall experience was marred by the behavior of one of the staff members. Upon checking in, one staff member rudely accused us of not paying, even though we had already paid online. When I politely clarified, she snapped at me, saying she wasn’t talking to me but to her colleague, in a very aggressive tone. When I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude, she went as far as telling me we didn’t have to stay with them. Her behavior was shocking and very unprofessional, and I couldn’t help but feel that she might bully her coworkers as well. In terms of the room, while it was comfortable, there was an unpleasant, strong urine smell, although strangely it wasn’t coming from the bathroom. Additionally, parking costs $20, which is higher than other hotels in the area. Unfortunately, due to the rude staff member and the unpleasant atmosphere she created, I cannot recommend this hotel. Customer service is crucial, and this experience was far from acceptable. It's also worth noting that breakfast is not included, which is a downside considering the price. Additionally, the elevator was extremely slow, and at first, it was hard to tell if it was even working. All the ice machines on each floor were out of order, adding to the inconvenience.

Limited parking at this hotel. It’s crammed in and make it almost impossible to park without getting door dinged. Our hotel room had ants by the bathroom sink and then our keys weren’t working to get into the hotel room either nights. We had to walk to the front desk 3 different times in one night, after traveling and then again the second night again. Only this time the technician came and replaced the fob entry. Overall, it was just mediocre. I knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel, only to sleep, but it was a let down for a second time staying here….

After having our room booked for months to attend a wedding in the area, we were informed the day before check-in that the pool and jacuzzi were not usable and at check-in, we were informed the elevators weren't working, so our room was on the first floor next to the ice machine and facing the parking lot, which left us to keep the window shade closed for any type of privacy. Disappointing to say the least.

The guidelines state no smoking but people were smoking cigarettes and weed on the property. The floor inside the room was so dirty both mine and my daughter’s feet were black but yet they had some guy mopping the concrete outside of the rooms when we checked in. Who ever was directly upstairs from us was running and moving furniture all night long. Lots of loud talking and semi uncomfortable beds/pillows. There was only 1 channel for kids and the was PBS which only played cartoons in the morning while we were checking out. Not kid friendly and not the worst it could have been but definitely not the best.

I feel like the pictures listed for this place are a bit deceiving. I was expecting a nice hotel and it was more like a nice motel. We arrived and there were ANTS in our room and on the bed. We then switched rooms and the second one was better. However, the fire alarm went off for 2.5hrs on another night because no one could get it turned off. There’s no pool, no breakfast, no transportation, and you pay $20/day for parking. The shower had to warm up for like 5-10 minutes before it gave you hot enough water. They also didn’t clean our room the entire time we stayed because we asked the housekeeping to come back at a later time and they wouldn’t. Overall it’s a 2/5 for me and I can’t say I’ll be returning.
