Property is old, the rooms don’t have any facilities, no fridge, microwave or safe. There are no common areas. The showers have like warm water at best. No air conditioning. Terrible. Stay elsewhere.

Room was very basic. No cupboard to store clothes so had to keep them in my case for the whole stay. But the room and en-suite were very clean. Towels were changed regularly and the bed was very comfortable. Very little traffic noise considering the location but sometimes internal noise from reception was a bit too loud even late at night.

It’s on the Main Street so expected some loud nights. I was wrong it was not as loud. I love that they let dashers up to the room I don’t have to go down to the lobby.

The closest place to leave your car is a parking garage 8 blocks away. It’s basic, but it’s clean, quiet, the bed is comfortable, there’s good lighting in the room and for the price it’s a deal.

Convenient Hotel to the sites of the City
Conveniently located hotel on Market Street with streetcar stop in front. The hotel is showing its age but very clean. The only thing the property lacks is air condition but SF rarely is too hot.

Everyone at the Edwardian was very helpful and friendly during my stay. While the property is a little dated, it has all I needed for a great stay. Despite several electrical outlets not working, the room had lots of space and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of blankets for the cool evening. Very convenient location for going anywhere in the city. I would stay again.

Nice Place in San Fran
We came here in April for a few nights in San Francisco. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, and they were fantastic when we had a plumbing issue and accommodated us swiftly in another room. Thanks for your help!

I stayed at the Edwardian for a weekend in San Francisco. The room was cheap and cheerful, and had everything I needed: comfortable bed, ensuite, shared tea and coffee making facilities. My stay was during spring and the room was sufficiently heated. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's located about 15 mins from the Mission and 20 mins from the Castro, with cafes nearby in a safe area. Some rooms face market street which can be a bit noisy at night, so recommend packing earplugs and an eye mask for an excellent night sleep. Wouldn't hesitate to return for a weekend in San Francisco!

Very very dirty stains on the beds and towels , Holes in the pillowcases. Hair all around the bathtub. When i walked in my hotel it smelled so bad . Very bad
