I checked in with my family on the 22nd of December 2024, it was after 5pm and we had been traveling for over 10 hours by plane and 6 hours by road - we were so happy to be greeted by the front office staff. They were so warm, friendly, efficient and throughout our stay - we checked out on the 27th of December. It was a lovely Christmas vacation ans i highly recommend it. Always I request the higher floor because of the views. Thank you! But I noticed they’re changed a lot. Likes the beds, before it’s was very nice comfortable and! appealing! Also why no comforters in the bed? Also the last time I was stayed in the 10th floor they’re had a munchies like Candies, Snacks and Waters bottles from hotels, But this times they didn’t have, even I knew they charge me more? Do they don’t serve that anymore? But everything’s great experience again. Most of the Customers service they all nice. Thank you, very much! Happy Holidays Days to all! 🙏☘️☀️🎉
