we just stated this past weekend , looks so nice when you enter , love that it had an indoor pool, bar, restaurant inside and the free breakfast in the morning. Had someone making omelettes, loved that! Rooms were nice too

There was 2 big rental trucks (empty) parked in front of the entrance, it was blocking the cars from passing thru. I understand there was an event but why can't they move the trucks in the back after it they took eveything out.

We stay at this hotel whenever we visit San Francisco. It is close to the airport (flights from Hawaii tend to arrive late at noght) and they have a really good free breakfast and cocktail hour. Breakfast includes breakfast meats, cereal, fruit assortment, etc along with potatoes and a station where they cook your eggs to order. Never an issue finding parking here - some other hotels have very limited parking and it is hard to get a space when you check in late at night. The rooms are large and spacious.

Overall a great experience! The location was very convenient for freeway destinations . The staff was great. The hotel is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. All of the amenities were top-notch, especially considering the price. The complementary continental breakfast was a hit since we were there for a basketball tournament. Our players needed to have breakfast before heading off and they had an omelette station and everything you could ever ask for . The parking instructions were not clear but it wouldn't deter me from staying there.

The breakfast was really bad, eggs tasted watered down. Potatoes seemed like they were days old. They should have a waffle maker. The pool tiles need a good scrubbing. The bed was comfortable and the room was good size for what we needed though.

Check in with an absolute mess with the employees needing to use walkie-talkies quite sometime and an employee allowing another patron to jump in front of me with a lockout problem. Required about 20 to 30 minutes to get checked in facility is beautiful and drinks with snacks very pleasant.
