The room was unbearably loud. We heard every door on the floor slam, anytime someone started a shower or walked up the metal staircase. Cleaning and front desk staff did a good job but that’s about as nice as it got. Bathroom was falling apart.

Perfect for our needs.

Got woken every night by car alarms. Otherwise this was a huge steal for San Francisco. It felt very safe and I liked their room code system. Espresso machine in the lobby was a good bonus. Parking was a pain, be prepared for a walk. Otherwise I’d stay here again!

The hotel was great for the price, especially for the area. However, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything that is going on in the rooms around you. Unluckily, I had a family with a young child next to me who were awake and playing loudly beginning at 6:30am. It was impossible to sleep with the sounds coming from their room. I found a parking garage for overnight parking less than 2 blocks away on Hemlock street ($28 for overnight per day) for those who are looking for nearby options.

it was beautiful, simple. and very comfortable! the showers had amazing water pressure / temp, beds were very comfortable, rooms had great views of the city, it was a lovely stay!

I rated the overall stay as poor, as the rooms have very poor soundproofing, and the guests in the adjacent rooms had their televisions on until 3:30 am. We had ear plugs, but still couldn't sleep well. If you have a hearing deficit, this would work! I was amazed by the low price, however.
