Bed was dirty and someone tried to get into my room in the middle of the night. Front desk did not call to check in on me or let me know if I was safe. I had to call them after waiting 10 mins. They just said it was just someone that had the wrong room. Not a good experience. Wouldn’t go back!

the room I received was an ADA room and the floors were very slippery. The bed was also nothing merely than a metal framed bed and it was really uncomfortable. Meanwhile - the food from the restaurant - AMAZING!

Nice room, and affordable compared to the hotels inside S.F. The breakfast Buffett is kinda mid. The bar is nice. Just reserve with parking included or they’ll charge you $40 a night.
