Check in at 3:30 pm was a mess. Only one person at the check in desk and she was doing everything! Computers were down and we spent a good 30 minutes trying to get checked in. Room was very nice and quiet

It could have been si much better. There was a plate of food left in our microwave from the previous guests. (Moldy) might I add. No one’s how long it’s been. There was still trash under the sink. It was not a very pleasant stay. I found ants in my bed. Other Home2Suites have been so much better! They have to up their game!!

I liked that the property was quiet. The room was spacious. It was an easy check-in process. Staff was very friendly! :) deposit of $75 held which is awesome because I’m used to it being more. It was refunded upon checkout. I only took a star off because we noticed there were ants in our room on the desk and by the tv, so I made sure to not leave any food out at night. In my honest opinion, there shouldn’t have been a parking fee ($27) but it is what it is.
