Clean good price for San Francisco parking included a great bonus .No breakfast but many coffee shops and restaurants a short stroll away .Hayes Valley great vibrant neighborhood .short walk Opera or symphony hall or SF Jazz .

This was a great value for the price with an amazing location and wonderful staff. The hotel itself is a bit beat up and the rooms were not the cleanest, but for the price point, overall decent.

Had not stayed downtown but easy to get to and park. Walking distance to a lot of eats and pretty easy to get a Lyft and take you all around. Came to visit a friend and go to the Warriors game. We got scooters and quick ride to the Chase Center. Nice hotel and very clean.

Check in was slow, as there was only one person to handle check in, parking and questions. Parking is limited, we arrived about 4pm and got the last space. The room itself was ok, but not very clean and it was very noisy until about 1am due to a very drunk and irate person yelling and trying to kick the door down (next door to our room). Aside from this unusual incident the overall value for the price was not too bad except for the lack of cleanliness. Although the location is perfect for us, we will not go back.

A Great Find
We can't believe our good luck in finding this place: clean, secure, comfortable, and with parking! Manager and staff actually gave us the impression they were watching out for us, it felt so comfortable. We walked from there everywhere we wanted to go, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. Yes, the bathroom could use some counter space, but that's so minor up against the pluses.

Pretty good place. Basic but comfortable. In room amenities a bit limited, e.g. hairdryer only on request from lobby, and no plates, cups or cuttlery, but there was a microwave. Aircon worked well but a bit loud even on lowest setting. Comfy beds!
