The property is gorgeous, I loved it! The only problem (and this is nitpicking) is that there wasn't an accessible ice machine, so after desk hours, there is no one to get ice.

Lovely inn and garden
I enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. It's conveniently located near the Mission near restaurants. The inn is charming with a lovely garden and a rooftop overlooking the city. I was upgraded to a spacious room that also includes a comfortable window seat overlooking Van Ness (it's a quiet stretch of the avenue). The innkeepers are friendly and helpful. I wish I had a longer stay!

INN SAN FRANCISCO Stay!
The stay was amazing! Very polite and welcoming staff. Awesome building with a great rooftop/ 360 view. The hot tub and breakfast were great as well.
