The hotel has a great location and staff were very friendly. The room was spacious enough for two adults. The room and bathroom were reasonably clean but not as spotless as I was expected. All in all, we were happy staying this place.

All employees here are so friendly and helpful! There have muffins and pastries and coffee for light breakfast every day. Room is clean and comfortable. Great location close to the pier , close to cable car ride station. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was in a great area and central. They were close to everything and the staff and service was amazing! I would definitely stay there again!

Location is great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room wasn’t the cleanest but definitely not the worst we’ve seen. The gym and courtyard area were pretty good and you could walk to plenty of good restaurants and stores in the north beach area.

This hotel has no insulation whatsoever we couldn’t sleep as we can hear the people in next room talking, laughing if they were in the same room and the building is old wood constructed the guests in the room above when they move we hear all the floor squeaks and the high heals. Also in the street people talking until 3:00 in the morning. The worst part was booking with Expedia is you get the worst room in the hotel . We wanted to upgrade to better one Expedia had asked us for one night penalty fee and the price of the new upgrade. We will never use Expedia again.
