We never made it since some craziness was going on the plane . Police and FBI were involved . We had to leave the plane and non of us made it to San Francisco . The property has no respect about us. Letting somebody or something banging the ceiling and thumping at 1am. We can’t sleep, so horrible. Called the front desk, said they will investigate but did not get back to us. We just waited for an hour before the bothersome wrecking sound fade out. This is disappointing. I got mad when I checked out.
