Front desk and valet staff were quick and friendly. Hotel lobby and room were very clean. Only con was the outdoor area with very cute fire pits was only open until 9pm.

The location is great. The outdoor area with the firepit was fabulous! My recommendation is to have coffee available downstairs at 6 or 6:30 am. There was literally a line of people waiting every morning at 7am. Also, the Marriot property salespeople were borderline harassing. Really distasteful.

Convenient location for exploring San Francisco. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the games and water in the lounge area. Would definitely stay there again. It is a time-share property, but they were not pushy about attending a presentation.

Hotel staff mentioned some good city areas to see as we checked in. Good restaurants and public transportation were very close by, and you can walk down to the wharf to see the bridge. Very clean and safe hotel - loved it.

I would rate this 4.5/Very Good if it were an option. Is it the Fairmont? No. but a great choice for a budget friendly getaway. Hotel was clean, updated, fun vibe, easy walking distance to Wharf, cable car, Lombard St. Ghiradelli Square, restaurants and the trolly. Staff was very friendly. Felt very safe and secure (travelling with my teen daughter) with key card required for elevator. Not in any hurry to return to San Francisco - but would defintiely recommend the Marriot Vacation Club!

Nice spot near Fisherman's Wharf
Convenient location within walking distance to the Wharf and North Beach areas. Newer property, across the street from Marriott Fisherman's Wharf and near the Powell/Mason cable car turn-around. Enjoyed a large clean room for a family visit. Room itself was spacious though bathrooms were small. Amenities were good with large flat screen TV and locker-like cabinet that held a small safe and mini-refrigerator.

Trip of a lifetime
Two part stay and was treated very well on first 6 nights and following 5 nights . Staff very friendly and facilitates just what we expected. Only issue was it was a little noisy outside so recommend a courtyard room as opposed to a urban room
