When you first arrive, you would be a little taken aback by the surroundings. You are in a neighborhood on the edge of The Tenderloin and the front window of the lobby had graffiti. But beyond the esthetic, the neighborhood was walkable, public transportation was plentiful, there were places to eat nearby, and the people minded their business. The Hotel was booked and busy. The staff was friendly and accomodating, especially with early check in. The room had nice beds and the room was clean and comfortable with a fridge. The bathrooms are private. There were also vending machines and ice machines available. If given the opportunity I would stay there again.
