It is a basic motel, where I could hear the neighbor .. more cleaning and the towels were worn out old ones .. it doesn’t look like the pics on Expedia .. it could be improved better ..

The room was small, but clean and up to date. Bed was a spring mattress. It was stiff and hurt my back by morning. Price was reasonable.

Good budget hit
I booked this hotel because I thought it was close to the airport. Not as close to the airport as I thought- as there used to be no direct way between hotel and airport and once you navigate the freeways and roads it becomes a 3 mile trip. That aside, the room was spacious and clean with a fridge and microwave. Family at reception polite. Reception is closed late at night but when I pressed the night buzzer someone came quickly to check me in. Parking available if you need it. Plenty of good options nearby. Shower and bathroom were good. A good budget hotel.
