The entrance of San Gimignano Town Garden is at street level.
Once entered, the door to the left will lead our guests to the ample, beautiful living room with vaulted ceilings and a very peculiar well, protected by a thick glass.
Thanks to the wide glass doors from which the garden is accessed, the living room benefits from a smooth natural light throughout the day.
In the furnished garden, a nice awning guarantees the right proportion of sun and shadow.
Since the whole ground floor area was thought and designed as a chill out zone to be enjoyed by all the guests together, it features a big table with chairs, two sofas, a big tv, an equipped kitchen and a guest bath.
Two double bedrooms and their ensuite bathrooms with shower are at the first floor.
One of the bedrooms also features a nice panoramic terrace with table and chairs for four people.
On this same floor, an equipped kitchen is also at guests' disposal.
The same structure is repeated on the second floor, which hosts two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and another equipped kitchen.

L'entrata di San Gimignano Town Garden si trova al piano terra.
Una volta entrati, la porta sulla sinistra condurrà i nostri ospiti all'ampio, bellissimo soggiorno con soffitti a volta.
Questo spazio è caratterizzato anche da un piccolo pozzo, protetto da una spessa lastra di vetro.
Grazie alle grandi portafinestre in vetro da cui si accede al giardino, il soggiorno gode di una dolce luce naturale.
Il giardino attrezzato è reso ancora più godibile da un bel tendone parasole che garantisce la giusta proporzione di sole e ombra.
Poiché l'intero piano terra è stato pensato e progettato come una rilassante area comune in cui gli ospiti possono condividere del tempo insieme, lo stesso è stato dotato di un ampio tavolo, due divani, una grande tv, una cucina attrezzata e un bagno di servizio.
Al piano di sopra si trovano, invece, due camere matrimoniali con bagno privato con doccia.
Una delle camere ha a disposizione una bella terrazza panoramica, provvista di tavolo con sedie per quattro persone.
Sullo stesso piano, c'è anche un'ampia cucina attrezzata.
La disposizione del primo piano si ripete anche al secondo, che presenta due camere matrimoniali con bagno privato con doccia e una cucina ben attrezzata.
Anche qui, una delle camere è fornita di un bel terrazzo con tavolo e sedie per quattro persone.

The Neighborhood:

San Gimignano Town Garden is located in a narrow street that leads to Via San Giovanni, one of the most important streets of the village, just a few meters from the Duomo square and the famous "Piazza della Cisterna".
The neighborhood is very quiet, even though shops and restaurants are all at hand.
On Thursday morning, the local market takes place in the above-mentioned squares, offering typical food and clothing.

If you love wineries, you shouldn't miss a day trip to Radda in Chianti or Greve in Chianti, which are only 35 km from San Gimignano.
If you feel like going to some of the most beautiful Tuscan beaches, instead, the spectacular Costa degli Etruschi is only a 1.5 hour drive.
Another unique palce to visit is Val d'Orcia, with its thermal baths, wineries, hiking paths and the magnificent Amiata mount overlooking on its spacious, mellow lands.
