One bedroom is on the ground floor with access to the ground floor bathroom. On the first floor you will find the second bedroom that has large patio doors out onto the front terrace, a second bedroom and a bathroom.
The villa has a roof terrace with outside dining area, chill out zone with sunshade and a shower.
The private pool 3m x 5m is ideal for all the family.
San Pedro del Pinatar is an ideal location for a family holiday, located close to the sea and even closer to the natural park of the salt lakes which is ideal for walking or bird watching. The area of Murcia also has 22 golf courses, water sports on the Mar Menor include canoeing, sailing, kitesurfing, boating, jet skiing and windsurfing.
