This modern villa with a private pool is located close to the sandy beaches on the Mar Menor. The villa has 3 bedrooms all on one floor, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen leading onto the dining area and living room. The main bedroom has its own bathroom and patio doors onto the inner courtyard. The second bedroom also looks out onto the inner courtyard and shares the bathroom with the third bedroom.
The villa has a roof terrace with outside dining area, grassed chill out zone with sunshade, food preparation area and sunbeds.
The private pool area has outside dining table, chairs and sunbeds, the pool is 3m x 5m with a waterfall is ideal for all the family.
Santiago de La Ribera is an ideal location for a family holiday, located close to the sea and even closer to the natural park of the salt lakes which is ideal for walking or bird watching. The area of Murcia also has 22 golf courses, water sports on the Mar Menor which include canoeing, sailing, kitesurfing, boating, jet skiing and windsurfing. If you like to shop then it has that covered as well with 2 big shopping centres closeby, Dos Mares in San Javier and La Zenia Boulevard in La Zenia.
