We had fun, they definitely didn’t like that we were drinking like it was an all inclusive though, it’s a no fun place. So if you want to drink your face off… they will judge you. If you don’t care about being judged by a bunch of people you’ll literally never see again… drink your face off. King sized bed was weird. 5 stars… nah 4 stars… the two twin squish was weird. There was a crevice.

It was beautiful and relaxing, nice kids club and pool with slides. The food wasn't horrible, we never expect the best at an all inclusive. The waves are rough in front of the resort bjt the beach is beautiful and pools were perfect temperature in November.we we're pleased and wanted to stay longer.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Krystal Grand / Bel Aire sun club with the nice surprise of having had our personal concierge for having booked through Expedia. We had the pleasure of working with Gabriel Avila who was above and beyond his customer service. His attentiveness was wonderful and took care of all of our needs. >Gracias Gabriel por todas sus atenciones y su excelente servicio. The staff at the hotel were all super friendly and attentive as well. They all deserve to get tipped well! :)

My room was right by the road. Load but I did have an ocean view. You kind of get use to the noise. Staff was mostly friendly except the front desk in the mornjng. Not very polite Dinner was good fish chicken. Breakfast was pretty week hot dogs=sausage

Getting there was DIFFICULT. It was not clear where to check in. None of the staff seemed aware that the new tower was called Bel Air and check in was at the main lobby of Krystal Grand. Luckily receptionist knew and checked us in and was friendly. We tried 3 of 4 specialty restaurants. The Grill and Mexican were extremely disappointing. Food was bland the new york steak was paper thin and overcooked. The mexican food had no flavor. Service was uninviting and hard to imagine that they don't serve water first. Asian restaurant was a bit better w habachi style. You could get away by going to the buffet and finding something good. Appreciated the omelet station and the chefs behind always put a great effort in making the omelets delicious! Daily bulletin and activities updates WERE AMAZING. RECREATION coordinator Omar was amazing with variety of activities. The sand at the beach volleyball court has many rocks. BE CAREFUL. First aid kit left w the lifeguard at 5pm. Cheked w him next day and it wasn't a friendly experience. Sports Bar had a knowledgeable and friendly bartender. Snack Bar had good food and our server Ismael was attentive and fast. Take a Bite coffee shop had good tea and coffee selection (went there everyday) very nice baristas. Main door of Bel Air building does not lock. The street lacks a crosswalk so it gets dangerous crossing fm Belair to the Lobby. Cars like to speed after they go over the speed bumps. Many little things of the room were broken.

This was an all inclusive resort ! So our one night booking was very challenging 😰 ! Name of property was completely different than our reservation name. GPS took us to a different place altogether!
