I love this place
Great location downtown del Cabo. The property is new nice, clean, spacious, and friendly. Close to many restaurants and the town's central square. Great rooftop pool too

Pool temperature was too cold for family to enjoy. Elevator was out of service and fortunately not for too long. Hours of operation for restaurant and specialty shop was not convenient on Monday (closed). Staff extremely accommodating and kind. Loved having access to e-bikes for family for an afternoon adventure. Great location for easy access to downtown square. Would consider to return on future trips to Cabo.

Had been looking forward to staying at what appeared to be this beautiful property for months to attend the San Jose del Cabo art walk. Upon arrival, everything was spotless. Check in was friendly but took much too long due to wifi issues the property was having. (Things started to feel suspect then.) Our one-bedroom suite was absolutely stunning. We happily unpacked and settled in. Shortly thereafter, we were stunned at the high decibel level traffic that was non-stop through the night. We were unable to sleep--at all. Got out of bed and decided to return to the U.S. Respectfully requested a refund of the second evening, to no avail. We were offered a "free night" in the next year, but there is absolutely no way we would return to this property. There is an inherent noise issue that needs to be corrected that permeates throughout the property. What's funny is that we actually arrived at the Flamboyan with the intention of inquiring about purchasing one of the units. Obviously, that did not happen. Perhaps if they replace the thin windows with soundproof glass, that would improve the noise. Disappointed is an understatement, especially because the property is chic, exceedingly clean, and stunningly beautiful. It just needs to be moved to a different location.

Flamboyan, a hidden gem
The Flamboyan is an amazing place for either single traveler or families. The property us located in the Art district, with direct access to the plaza. The front desk team.waa.amazing. The only issue, if you're booking the trip via Expedia, they have the incorrect contact info for the property.

Great location
Was staying only for the night in San Jose Cabo and driving to Cabo San Lucas the next day. Check out is a noon and the grounds are very beautiful as well as the rooms. It is very close to a lot of shops and a little street fair right behind the hotel. There is an art walk on Thursdays that I would love to go to next time. Will most definitely be staying here again for future trips.

We had an amazing time in San Jose in this hotel! Everyone from the receptionists, house keepers, and security were amazingly hospitable and would help you! If you like to experience Cabo's downtown, modern-traditional, local cuisine (where locals go not tourists) this is the hotel for you. Downtown San Jose is gorgeous! Just make sure to request the downtown view for great photos! If you are here for the beach and fishing scene, this may be too far for your liking. But if you want to walk around, into the art scene, local experience, and architecture, this hotel is definitely for you. My husband went fishing and it took him 40-45 minutes to get to the San Lucas Marina. I love the art scene and came for the 2nd time to experience their Halloween and the Day of The Dead events that lasts for 3-4 days depending where you are located in Cabo. It was excellent! The hotel is brand new, clean, have the friendliest and most hospitable personnel. We enjoyed sunbathing on the rooftop pool overlooking the downtown scene, and the hilltops in San Jose. Dining restaurant choices are extremely huge, walking distance, and very accommodating. You have to visit our favorite local restaurants: La paisa (Best Local Tacos) and Torre Guerro (Seafood) amazing freshly made food at a great price! We also suggest to get your breakfast and lunch by the Flamboyant Hotel called Cafe Canafia. They have the best priced and excellent quality food. We will definitely go back to Flamboyant Hotel.

Flamboyan hotel for the win! This place was truly awesome. Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. When we checked into our room, we were upgraded to a lager room and on the first floor which was great. The pool area is amazing. Such a beautiful rooftop. Salón Noción the has an amazing bar that you must visit. The art walk and downtown area is super walkable with many great restaurants, shopping and bars. We stayed only one night here but next time we are here, this is where we will be! Thank you Flamboyan team
