Modern, up-to-date apartmanets, great lay out, lots of light anf life, convieniently located, great dining places in the same block, one small market in the same mall area and bigger grocery store near by, fantastic service by every single staffer, Rebeca is a sweetheart, and Kellyana is on top of things. I go to CR every year once year and always go to a different place, but from now own, Apartamentos Cityzen will be my Tico-Home.

This was the best place we stayed while in Costa Rica. It is a mini 1 bedroom apartment and was very clean and had all the up to date amenities that would be needed. We also went fishing in Quepos and needed a freezer and this apartment offered that to freeze our fish for the flight home. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in San Jose!

El trato y soporte que brinda la administración previo y durante la estadía es invaluable y eso genera lealtad; al igual el equipo de housekeeping y de mantenimiento es altamente respetuoso, amable y servicial. La infraestructura es muy bonita pero sin el enfoque en servicio al cliente en las áreas que mencioné sería simplemente un lugar de hospedaje más. El equipo hace sin duda un excelente trabajo! Un gusto y experiencia altamente positiva siempre al hospedarme en estos apartamentos.

Check in was not easy or friendly since the reception was closed. Had to ask around call to understand the check in process. They should have a informative sign if nobody is going to be at the front desk
