Pro: Very nice front desk staff. Clean bed and sheets. Cons: Lumpy pillows. Shower downspout leaks. No nearby grocery store, few food options. Disappointed no in-room fridge. A/C unit looks decades old and, even on max cold setting, room was still warm and humid.

For a very inexpensive room it’s good size just stayed at a hotel in Manila the size of a large closet ! Nice staff here and a good location here in San Jose ! Thanks 🙏

I check out the same the same day the I did check in because the room was infested in bedbugs and the customers service was super bad. The guy in the front office was very rude and denied to give another room.

Dystopian Bay Area goodness
I just don’t know why but seeing cockroaches just really makes me feel ugh… I had some credit card issues the day before so the person at the front let me use my Apple Cash card to pay the deposit. I don’t know why but it seems that hotels are getting more expensive for less these days. The price of this hotel should have been maybe $40… but we all know how expensive the Bay Area is for some unknown reason. When I visit the bay it’s business and out of that concrete over priced dystopian scape.

The redhead checking people in is incredibly rude & condescending. The TV didn't work, there was no soap shampoo/conditioner (like normal places) & the bed wasuncomfortably firm. FYI the bathroom floor is dangerously slippery.

Requested first floor room In reservation well before arrival. Arrived 5pm. None available. Second floor access by stairs only. Hole in external walkway covered by board and caution tape. Contacted Hotels.com customer service. The promised $25.00 points credit to resolve issue. Points never provided.

Terrible stay.
Room condition was not comfortable at all. The lighting was poor. Carpet appeared dirty and had wet spots. Bathroom floor tile loose. Shower was stained. Overall, the hotel need exterior/interior repairs and remodeling. The picture on the website is very deceiving.

Room was really dirty dusty not vacuum properly restroom floor had previous hair . Bathtub got clogged. Very horrible smell bed is horrible big dip in beds .
