The beds were very comfortable! Rare in Costa Rica! Pool area was beautiful. Staff were nice. Shower was great. Nice patio with a view of the pool. The hotel took forever to get to in the insane congested rush hour traffic! Try to come mid day! Had a few ants in the bed. And the floor was quite dirty. 1 minute in white socks and they were filthy. Could hear the traffic as we were on the road side of the hotel, I’d ask for an inner room for sure. Overall I’d come again, but in a different room.

I have enjoyed multiple stays here at this airport-access hotel. The shuttle pick up is always fine, and the staff is uniformly amazing. Great people. For breakfast I enjoyed coffee, orange juice and another, maybe papaya juice. A bowl of wonderful fresh fruit. A sausage link, scrambled eggs, and corn and some other vegetables cooked together. The room was quiet and peaceful around the property. I really enjoy staying here, every time.

Lots of perks, good value and nice staff.
Amazing place to stay near the airport, with some nice restaurants, bank and shops within walking distance. The staff even let me print some documents on the printer and computer they have in the lobby for guests, which saved me a big headache. In addition, they stored some bags for a week while we took a side trip. Huge plus. Rooms are nice with mini fridge and coffee maker, plus a safe, and the garden setting is gorgeous. Extensive free breakfast with waiters and a nice variety ( good coffee!) I would definitely stay here again. The only con is the shuttle only picks up at airport once an hour so if you miss it (every hour at the :45) you have to wait or take an expensive taxi. Also if you’re flying out on Sansa ,you need to tell them before you leave the hotel because they won’t circle back and take you to the separate small terminal (it’s before the main airport). Overall great hotel.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is old but clean and well maintained. The only negative thing is that We can hear every single sound in the hallway the whole morning (I am a light sleeper)., otherwise, would have been a perfect experience.

Beautiful property, Affordable price, Breakfast had many option, Glad there is a shuttle to get your around the facility because it is huge and has many steep hills. Shower water was super hot. No iron or refrigerator in the room. I had room 215 it has a beautiful view of the volcano.
